If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase for any cause, please review our refund, return and exchange policies below for walkvamp.com. .
Walkvamp.com purchases can be easily reverted by E-mail. We regret that unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges, if applicable, except the return was a result of our fault. Kindly allow two weeks for your return to be handled if sent by E-mail. You will get an E-mail confirmation once your return has been processed. In case of online payment via credit/debit card your financial institution/bank may take longer to reflect the transaction. If you paid with a credit or debit card, you will receive a full refund to your credit or debit card for the purchase price of the item.
When you return your purchase to walkvamp.com by E-mail and we receive your item within 7 days of purchase. To make a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:
Please check your order upon reception and contact us straightaway if the item is imperfect, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and make it right. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to guarantee you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a different purchase for the new item.
